I was prompted for a Master Password at this point, this is your CAC PIN. When the Certificate manager opens ensure that the personal certificates have been imported.Select OK to get out of this window then select: View Certificates.The result may prompt for your CAC PIN to import the certificates. In Firefox 4 this actually works fairly easily now.

dll to load to configure Firefox to use a CAC reader when using MS Smart Card Provider instead of ActiveClient cannot load file "ACPKCS211.DLL" to security device module and I cannot view my certs from a cac card reader.
